Hello everyone! I’m back with a new review. I’ve been searching for a primer and a sunscreen lately. Good thing my sister has a product which was delivered to her by her friend from Thailand. She sells it for Php 290.00 pesos. Since I was curious on the product, I bought it for me to try.

The product is not just a sunscreen, but it also has many benefits. Later on, I will state each of them. The product is named as ARIYA NANGFAH SPF 50. If you could hear the name itself, it’s a skin protection against the UVA/UVB. But.... it doesn’t ends there. The Nangfah Sunscreen also acts as a foundation primer plus it could also help to make the skin whitens plus, plus, plus, it’s also waterproof so worry no more when your skin will sweat.

A silky smooth water proof foundation primer and sun screen that leave the skin brighter, smoother and supple with even skin tone, protects the skin from UVA/UVB damage, prevents future hyper pigmentation or uneven discoloration. It keeps the skin moisturized while it serves as oil control foundation without making the skin feel greasy, suitable for all skin types and sensitive skin.

PACKAGING

One thing that I’ve noticed on the box of the product is that it’s very cute and it comes with a girly design and stylish fonts. The combination of pink, yellow and blue are perfect as it could easily attract the eyes.

On the other hand, the container of the product comes with a small gold glass like and comes with a Thailand look design on its cap. I love the container of the product since it looks so elegant. As a matter of fact, my when my mother saw the container, she thought it’s very expensive. But anyway, it’s really quite expensive for its price since in one container there is only small amount of product inside.

PRODUCT’S TEXTURE

The product’s texture is very silky and I could not feel that there’s a greasy something on the product. Whenever I tap the product, it feels so foamy.

PRODUCT’S SMELL

The product really smells so good and it’s very pleasing to the nose. It smells like a mild perfume that doesn’t sting the nose and it’s very addictive.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

Even though the product only comes in one shade, it’s never a problem since it easily blends the skin. It’s true that you will not feel any greasy on the face after applying the product. It’s also different from the sunscreen I’ve tried before since it’s not heavy when applied to the face. I’ve observed the product. The product lasts on the face for about 12 hours even after sweating on the face. What I also like with the product is that it makes my skin feel smooth and supple plus it could whiten the skin which looks naturally. What I quite don’t like about the product is that the amount of product on the container is too few for its price. If only the manufacturer would add a bit more on the product’s container then it would be great.Plus it's not easy to find and only available online.

1. Sun Protection

-Even though it states that it has SPF 50, I didn’t depend on it since the sun is still too strong to harm the skin. But I think it helps in protecting my skin against the sun anyway.

2. Primer

-It’s a good foundation primer. There was one time when I tried to make it as a base on my makeup and I was impressed that it worked well on my face. It blends on my makeup well.

3. Whitening

-I think the whitening occurs when you applied the product on the face. What I like about its whitening effect is that it looks natural.

4. Waterproof

-Yes, the product is indeed waterproof since even after sweating the product stays intact on my face for about 12 hours.

Yes I would love to recommend this product to those who want to have a foundation primer and sunscreen at the same time. But please do patch test first to make sure that you’re not allergic with the product. Furthermore, we have different skin types so what fits for me may/may not fit to you.

Hello everyone! It’s been a while that I haven’t posted a review here on my repository. So, today, I’m back! I’ve been busy for the past days doing unimportant stuff at home. So let’s start!

Myra products are not new to me since I already tried their product before. In fact, I made a review of some of their products here in my blog. (You can check them out) Myra facial wash comes in two variants: Myra VitaWhite Whitening Facial Wash, which I already reviewed on and MYRA VITASMOOTH HYDRATING FACIAL WASH which I’m about to review here. I bought the 50 mL for Php 70.00.

PRODUCT

The facial wash comes with a nice silky white thing. There is also an orange bead together with the facial wash. It’s also so slippery unlike the Vitawhite variant. When you rub the product it’s quite rough unlike the Vitawhite which is very smooth.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

When I applied and rubbed the product on my face, it’s quite rough; I think those rough thingy which contains the product would help in making the skin smooth since after rinsing my face with water, I could feel that my face is indeed very smooth. I was glad knowing that it could really add moisture to the skin. And after two weeks of using this product, I could really feel that my skin is more supple and hydrated. Not to mention, I was impressed by this product indeed. Plus it doesn’t clog the pores. The product smells so nice like the VitaWhite variant and it’s quite addictive.

-It does improves my skin’s elasticity since before, my skin looks so old due to stress but now it improves giving me the younger-looking skin I always wanted. Unfortunately, it doesn’t whiten my skin since it doesn’t have whitening formula.

4. Enriched with antioxidant Vitamin E beads which protect and nourish skin to help it healthy with a youthful glow.

-I agree with this claim. I think the Vitamin E beads really help in achieving the result I experienced with this product and for that it’s a thumbs up.

5. Hypoallergenic and Dermatologist tested. Your assurance that it is mild, effective and safe for everyday use.

-Since it’s a Unilab product, I could say it’s really safe and gentle to the skin.

Scrolling at my facebook newsfeed, I saw something that catches my attention. Sans another word, I directly click the link for I want to receive mine too. At first I thought, it already reaches the maximum number of people who fill the form. But jubilantly, I was able to register on the box provided and I was told to wait for my product to receive.

Being a whitening enthusiast, I always love to try products that claim to whiten the skin. That’s why the moment Gluta-C conducted a giveaway of free soap samples to first 3,000 people; I grab the opportunity to receive mine too for free. Whom on earth would give you soap for free right? Fortunately, I receive my own soap after 2 weeks.

I haven’t tried Gluta-C products to be honest. That’s why when the delivery truck come over to our place and gave me my soap for free, without hesitant, I directly tried it. Gluta-C Glutathione with Vitamin C with Kojic Plus is the soap I’m referring to.

As a matter of fact, the keywords that directly catches my eyes with the product is the glutathione and kojic, these terms are the most commonly added ingredients to whitening soaps nowadays right? I get so excited to try it; hoping that it could give the result I want.

Anyone who would have the chance to read the product claims, I presume, would be interested in trying out the soap. The product description is really eye catching that anyone would want to buy it without another word.

PACKAGING

The packaging comes in a small rectangle box. It’s like what other soap brands’ packaging box looks like.

Talking about the soap, it comes with an orange rounded-edge shape. The name gluta-C is at the center of it. Whenever I look at the soap, I could remember the chalk thing that my grandma is using when she’s sewing a dress. She uses the chalk to like the part of the dress she will cut out. I don’t know why, I can’t help but compare the two. He-he!

SMELL OF THE SOAP

There’s nothing special with the scent of the soap. It has an identical scent with other soaps I encountered before; I just don’t remember what it is. But the scent will not make your nose feel bad. It smells so good and it’s so addictive I tell you.

AVAILABILITY

The soap is available at all leading drugstores and supermarket nationwide.

MY PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

As what I just earlier, I get so excited to try the soap. After using the soap for the first time, I feel like it moisturizes and cleanses my skin so well. I was glad knowing that I find something nice to think about. I continue using the product for about two weeks, hoping to see a dramatic result, but then I was wrong. My skin feels so dry. I get discourage about the soap when my classmates told me that my skin looks dark. I directly stop using the soap.

Here’s the summary of my insights on the product claims of the soap:

4x whitening action- I don’t find a dramatic change on the shade of my skin. As a matter of fact, my skin looks darkened a bit.

Deep cleansing- Yes, I agree. It really cleanses the skin deeply. My skin feels so clean after using it.

Anti-acne- I don’t have acne so I can’t justify that this really works. Plus, I don’t use it on my face either because I find beauty soaps too harsh for the face.

3x more anti-oxidants (to help reduce toxins)- I’m not so sure if this thing works.

Non-drying (essential in protecting the skin)- I don’t agree with this. My skin really went dry after using this soap for about two weeks.

Exfoliates gently (for younger, smoother skin)-I’m not sure if it really exfoliates my skin, I can’t justify this.

Clarifies skin- i don’t agree. As what I’ve said earlier, my skin has darkened. It doesn’t clarify my skin.

The product may not reach my expectations in whitening side; I still love the product on how it cleanses my skin.

Would I recommend it? Yes of course. Since we have different skin types and what doesn’t fit to may be compatible to you. The result varies from our skin types. Try it, who knows, it fits well to your skin and would reach your expectations.

The sky was dark. I was staying in the four corner room. I hear the crickets shouting for her friends perhaps. The silence is making me deaf. Suddenly, footsteps seem to dominate the sound. Not to mention, my heart beats so fast. Goosebumps suddenly appear.

As I continue doing stuff, I could smell something fishy on the door. I was about to open when my sister appear. She brought with her the product she was about to introduce. She’s an entrepreneur I tell you. And there I am, being a beauty enthusiast, bought it and now I’m going to review about it.

The soap is from Thailand. She said her friend delivered it to her for her to sell. Want to hear about this soap? Yes right? Let’s start.

Since I’m curious on how this soap works, I directly tried it that night. Did you just read that this soap has SPF 50? Yes, you hear it right, SPF 50. Who would not feel out-stand hearing that right? When we saw products in the market, it’s sort of SPF 15 or 25 only. But this one it’s kind of superior, you name it.

I keep on introducing the soap’s features yet I haven’t given the name. By the way, it’s MILK GLUTA PURE SOAP. It comes with a 70 gram box. I bought it from my sister for about 70 pesos.

PACKAGING

When we talk about the packaging of this product, I find it cute. I hardly understand some of the soap’s text since it’s in Thai writing. The design is really attractive. It comes with polka dots which is color white and blue. There are curvy lines which look like the curtains at the window; so kawaii.

Since to see is to believe, here’s how the packaging looks like:

At the back of the soap’s box, it stated there the product claims in Thai and in English language. It likewise dons there the manufacturing date, expiration date and the grams of the soap. Good thing, you’ll be able to know those details.

On the side of the box, ingredients are there. The ingredients of the product are as follows: Coconut Oil, Water, Sodium Hydoxide, Etironic Acid, Glutathione, Milk, Vitamin C and Vitamin D. As what you can see, it’s so easy to identify those ingredients since they are common. Unlike other soap’s ingredients that comes with their chemical formulation.

On the other side, an illustration of a girl before using the soap and after using the soap, I find it entertaining. It’s just so cute.

SOAP

The soap bar is in a small rectangle and it comes with transparent cellophane. I find it better that includes cellophane for the soap to feel protected. You don’t have to worry with the dust that perhaps enters the box. It doesn’t affect the soap anyway.

PROUCT CLAIMS

The perfect soap is formulated to help skin clean, soft and younger looking.

One thing that made me think about this soap is that, they included glutathione and milk on the soap yet they haven’t include in the product description that t could lighten the skin. Perhaps, they should add it for this soap to sound more interesting.

HOW TO USE

Massage over wet face and body to remove dirt and sweat. Rinse thoroughly, use twice a day.

SMELL

I was expecting that the soap will smell like vanilla, but I was wrong. It smells like yoghurt. I don’t like yoghurt and how much more its smell right? But as I continue using it, I then adjust to the smell and adapted to it.

QUALITY

I cut the soap into halves and good thing it could be easily cut. I find cutting soap will help in saving. Being thrifty, I find it useful.

As I use the soap, I was happy that it’s not easily melting. Unlike other soaps available in the market, this one is like those hard bars. It easily is bubbling also. I was glad knowing that I could use it for quite a long time.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

At first, I was really excited to use it. Not to mention, I directly use it after I bought it from my sister. After washing my body with the soap, I could feel that my skin is so clean and my skin feels moisturize. Unfortunately, after a while, my skin feels so dry to the point that I could see visible white chalk-like something on my skin when I’m about to write to it. I rinse it thoroughly; I just don’t understand why it resulted that way.

I continue using the soap for a month. But there was a time when I went to my grandma’s house. My cousins were there; they are doing stuffs. I will not forget that moment when they told me that my skin has darkened. I feel horrible. I don’t know what made my skin look like it. I haven’t used any product on my skin aside from soap and lotion. My skin not even expose to direct sunlight.

I directly went home and decided to finally stop using the soap. I feel disappointed. I was hoping that the soap could help my skin protect from skin darkening due to its SPF 50, but I was wrong. From then on, the soap and I haven’t met again.

Whenever we have it, we surely want to just pop it out and hope that it will not come back anymore. It is really a problem when it grows on the face so eliminating it is a big YES. People always look for ways to solve pimple problem.

Now, let me introduce you to a product which may help you in your pimple needs. The product is QuickFx Pimple Eraser. It is made in Korea. It costs Php 50.00 at Watsons.

PRODUCT CLAIMS

Helps dry up pimples, helps diminish and reduce dark spots due to scarring, helps protects skin against the sun. With Glycolic Acid that rejuvenates and evens out, it also cleans pores by removing old and dead skin, exposing healthy skin cells underneath. With Salicylic Acid that helps prevent and treat acne, it also helps clear out blemishes, fine lines and dark spot. With Zinc Oxide that helps control inflammations and relieves the skin against irritation and rash, it also provides superior against the harmful rays of the sun. With Vitamin C that helps protect against UVB rays and can help combat sun damage, it also decreases wrinkles and lightens pigmented skin. With Niacinamide that helps lighten dark spots, it also helps in the treatment of acne.

Actually, what I got here is still the old packaging of the QuickFx Pimple Eraser. QuickFx already change the design of their packaging into a new look but since I bought this product before they change the packaging, then it’s reasonable that I still have the old packaging. Anyway, the product on the inside is still the same but the packaging varies.

It comes in a sachet which has a cap on the side which is a good thing since it is travel friendly. Plus the packaging has quite hard cellophane. The product inside can be easily squeeze out due to its well designed packaging.

On the front of the packaging, it stated there the product claims and active ingredients. On the back part, it stated there the active ingredients and its uses, directions for use, ingredients, warnings, bar code, manufacturer, manufacturing date and expiration date.

It comes with a white color, nothing special like the other pimple eraser. It looks likely a lotion for pimples.

The product is non sticky when applied to skin. As what I’ve observed, it has a quite foundation finish after applying since the part where I applied the product looks whiter than those which I didn’t.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

I had a breakout last time which made me use this product which I found at Watsons. Based from my experience, this product indeed helped in drying up my pimples, but as what I've noticed, it gradually helps in treating my pimples. It's not a magical product to instantly remove the pimples but it helps little by little. It took me 2 overnight I guess before my pimples totally healed. But I love that there's no dark spot on my skin after my pimples got healed. It also helps in reducing the pimple inflammation.

What I also with the product is that it doesn’t have a harsh smell.

The thing that I don't like is that, the product doesn’t easily absorb in my skin. It could take about 3-4 minutes before it dries on my skin.

VERDICT

Overall, the product works but in a gradual process. Don't expect that it will heal the pimples in a blink of an eye. I recommend this one to those people who's having trouble with their pimples or breakout plus it's budget friendly as well.

Hello everyone! It’s a rainy morning here in our place. But I prepared a review for you today on a product which was purchased by my mother last, last week. It’s the BABY BUNDLE BABY LOTION. It’s a product of Red Logo, Lifestyle, Inc.

I know you think that it’s a baby lotion and why am I supposed to use it? It’s been a very dry seasons the other, other week that it made my skin so dry. I found out that this baby lotion helps in moisturizing and nourishing the skin so I told my mother to give it a try. Later on I will share to you my experience while using this baby lotion.

PRODUCT CLAIMS: Treat your baby’s precious skin to this gentle and mild lotion. Specially formulated with Vitamin E to tenderly moisturize and nourish the skin. It’s hypoallergenic and clinically tested.

What I love about this product is that it’s a baby lotion so if we say baby lotion for sure it’s gentle and mild. It doesn’t give a harsh thing on the skin. It doesn’t contain harsh chemicals that could somewhat make the skin more unpleasing. Plus it has Vitamin which is good in making the skin healthy outside.

The lotion is color yellow. It has a very cute packaging design and has a cute bear at the bottom. There is nothing special with the bottle because as you could see, it’s like the usual bottle with different sticker.

At the back of the bottle, it stated there the product claims, directions how to use, ingredients, manufacturer, bar code and website of the company. At the bottom part of the bottle, the manufacturing date and expiration date was placed there.

This is how the lotion looks like.

The color of the lotion is like the usual color which is white. But there is something special with this lotion because the moment you placed it on the skin, it melts easily. I actually have a fun time sliding the lotion on my skin until everything melts.

When we talk about the smell of the lotion, it somewhat like smells like what the Jergens lotion. It smells so good and it doesn’t give a harsh smell on the nose. It also has a pleasing smell that could make anyone feel good.

TO USE: Gently massage lotion all over your baby’s body as often as needed. Avoid eye area.

Lotion already applied to skin

Since the lotion melts on the skin, I could easily apply the product on the skin. It doesn’t give that sticky feeling and I could feel quite cold after applying it. I really feel refreshed after applying such. Plus the lotion easily absorbs the skin.

Based on my experience, I haven’t encountered any bad reactions after using this product since it’s gentle and mild. I am confident in using this product since aside from its manufacturer is a trusted brand; it’s also hypoallergenic and clinically tested.

It could really moisturize the skin. Based on my observation there is quite a change on my skin. It’s not so dry anymore and it looks quite healthy already unlike the other weeks.

Would I recommend it? YES of course. I really recommend this for mommy’s out there to give Baby Bundle lotion give a try to your babies. It’s really a nice lotion and safe lotion for your baby’s skin.

Planning to conduct a fieldtrip with your students? Good news mentors! I have here list of do’s and don’ts during fieldtrip. These things must be put in mind in order to maintain harmony during the trip. Fieldtrip is really a nice activity since the students will be able to explore things in the real world scenario.

I have here 26 do’s and don’ts to remember during field trip:

1. Attendance should be checked prior to departure from the school and from anywhere during the trip thereafter and upon arrival to the school.

2. There should be a clear command structure within the group. Participants should follow the directives given by the group leader, and fieldwork supervisor.

3. Participants should always bring their school identification card before during field trips.

4. A “buddy system” should be encouraged, or participants are grouped. Should an accident occur, one person can stay with the casualty while others find help.

5. As a rule, one faculty should accompany at most 25 students during exposure trips; one staff/supervisor for every 10 students involved in low risk activities.

6. Participants should strictly follow the work techniques and safety procedures indicated in the field activities.

7. Participants must not leave working site without informing the fieldwork supervisor.

8. Report any untoward incident that happens in the fieldwork site to the fieldwork supervisor or any authorized member.

9. On or near water, participants should wear a life jacket and should not go beyond the working area.

10. On climbing high places, always wear safety gadgets.

11. Assign a watcher for struggler's. Staff/faculty members should be assigned to lead and to be the last person among the participants.

12. Adequate and protective clothing must be worn by all participants.

14. Preparation areas for food must be kept clean as possible.

15. Bring adequate supply of potable water.

16. Participants should not engage in dangerous activities like:

a. wandering off

b. drinking alcohols

c. making provocative remarks about local inhabitants

d. teasing wild animals

17. Do not litter.

18. Always bring first aid kit, survival aids and emergency equipment.

19. Always keep close communication-must have radios, cellphones, etc.

20. Refer to map or compass to determine exact location.

21. When lost, contact members of the groups or fieldwork supervisor for rescue.

22. Participants should not touch any suspicious objects.

23. In case of accident, the following should be done:

a. Confine the damages/injuries. Send the remainder of the team to a safe place.

b. Give first aid to the injured person, with minimum number of assisting individuals.

c. Warn others of other dangers, if necessary.

d. Report the conditions with those concerned.

24. Carry required materials and equipment only.

25. Participants should ask for assistance in using equipment if necessary.

26. Any malfunctions of the equipment or irregularity in the materials should be reported immediately.
